If there is a defect or a problem with an order due to shipping or some
other error on our part we will work quickly to fix the problem.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it to make sure it is what
you ordered and that it will fit your doors before discarding any of the
Items returned for any reason other than defect or error on our part will
be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Re-stocking fees are standard policy
for most online door hardware retailers. There are many costs involved with
returning items so please make sure you are ordering what you need. We are
